I don't typically leave my opinion. Mostly because I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say....but in this case I have nothing but nice things to say! In a world of technology this lady appreciated the fact that I got, not 1, but 2 phone calls to confirm my reservation from an ACTUAL PERSON!!! The assistant manager and the manager both called me. My husband and I have been renting the same storage unit at the Randolph unit for over 5 years. I appreciate how clean they keep the property. I feel our things are secure with the locks...cameras...high fences...and you have to have your personal code to open the gate. The manager is very kind and helpful.
Perfectly adequate. Gentleman was nice and able to show us multiple sizes so we could make a decision. I've been several times since obtaining the unit and have not had any issues.
I was looking for a storage facility close to my subdivision and found Extra Space Storage only 1/4 mile from my house when I found and used the location on FM1518 next to the Crossvine. From the first phone call, I’ve been working with Dean and Ursula who have been so helpful and understanding. Both of them walked me through how to set up my account and now to close my membership and have been the nicest people I could have hoped for. I was renting here before Extra Space took the storage unit over and since they did, it has been a great experience. Helpful and responsive customer service, they answer the phone and keep the gate working unlike the previous ownership. Highly recommend
