Trisha is awesome. Incredible customer service. She deserves a raise. She should be training all new hires on customer service skills. If I could give the amount of stars I choose it would be a million.
I don't typically leave my opinion. Mostly because I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say....but in this case I have nothing but nice things to say! In a world of technology this lady appreciated the fact that I got, not 1, but 2 phone calls to confirm my reservation from an ACTUAL PERSON!!! The assistant manager and the manager both called me.
