I don't typically leave my opinion. Mostly because I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say....but in this case I have nothing but nice things to say! This is an experience I had with ExtraSpace Storage at 9482 FM1518. We’ve been a tenant on and off for about a year since it was LockAway and have been satisfied after meeting the site manager; even with the shaky transition. The site manager, Lyle C, were helpful, pleasant and efficient; impressive feet for such a young gentleman. My husband and I have been renting the same storage unit at the Randolph unit for over 5 years. I appreciate how clean they keep the property. I feel our things are secure with the locks...cameras...high fences...and you have to have your personal code to open the gate. The manager is very kind and helpful.
Perfectly adequate. Gentleman was nice and able to show us multiple sizes so we could make a decision. I've been several times since obtaining the unit and have not had any issues.
Lyle has been such a great help!!! Very prompt with communication and always has a great attitude when asking information!! Definitely recommend!!!! Prices are very competitive compared to other facilities in the area.
