Good place for storage! No hassle experience. I rented an outdoor storage space for my cargo trailer. Easy access in and out of the property. When I sold my trailer, the cancellation was seamless. I would recommend ExtraSpace for all your storage needs
We have been renting here for over a year and have been very happy with the cleanliness of the building and easy access from our house. The manager Martin has been AMAZING! He is so polite and helpful every time we have had an interaction.
A young lady named Sarah was EXTREMELY helpful today. My computer was throwing Extra Space Storage into my Junk File and Sarah explained to me How to "get it out of junk" .... Boerne location is fantastic! Security is top notch (two gates, cameras, on-site human presence - 24/7). Staff is very client oriented, no issue is too small, very friendly. I’ve been there for four plus years and have zero complaints! I highly recommend!!!
Martin the manager was very helpful and patient, and worked to get me the best deal and unit available for our needs. Nice clean facility. Appreciate this facility and good management.
