Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Novi! Kay is always so pleasant and helpful. The facility is nice, clean, well lit and the units are easy to close/open/lock. Rates are very reasonable and it's a great location. I also love that it's inside the old Novi Bowl- nostalgia :)
My daughter is a freshman in college and we need to move her out this week. We don’t have a lot of room to store big items so I went to Extra Storage to get information about a unit. I was welcomed with a smile and positive greeting by Kay R. She is the manager there and was so nice and helpful with everything. Kay was excellent! She is kind, knowledgeable and patient. I had some things to figure out before renting a unit and she was great about giving me the time I needed. Highly recommend this facility of you are looking for a storage unit.
It was a great experience from the beginning when I signed up for a space online because of Kay. She has been so helpful from the beginning with great customer services. Throughout the moving in process, their computer had the system error for the sizes, so we had to moved in and out to another space on different days which was alot of work for us.
