Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Novi! Kay is always so pleasant and helpful. The facility is nice, clean, well lit and the units are easy to close/open/lock. Rates are very reasonable and it's a great location. I also love that it's inside the old Novi Bowl- nostalgia :)
It was a great experience from the beginning when I signed up for a space online because of Kay. She has been so helpful from the beginning with great customer services. Throughout the moving in process, their computer had the system error for the sizes, so we had to moved in and out to another space on different days which was alot of work for us. we had a great experience registering for five 10 x 22 rooms. We are currently have seven storage rooms that are under the location and we’re very surprised about how nice the storage facilities were Tay, the associate that helped us was amazing. I hope the company knows what a valuable asset they have in Kay. Kay was excellent! She is kind, knowledgeable and patient. I had some things to figure out before renting a unit and she was great about giving me the time I needed. Highly recommend this facility of you are looking for a storage unit.
