Worst storage unit EVER! The recent positive reviews on here definitely have to be bought/fake. Recently the gate was broken and so I had to call the police to get out (before realizing the gate was so broken it could just be pushed open manually.) Of course, no one at the company was answering their phone. The electronic entry didn't work on the units and we couldn't reach anyone about finding another way in. Lockaway Storage off IH 36 in San Antonio TX has been one of the best storage places I have ever rented. I have been with them for about 2 years and today I called them to inquire about a larger unit and was given a fantastic deal with fabulous customer service by Kasey. Clean n quiet. The noke(no key) system is cool. Easy to navigate. Units are what they are. **UPDATE**UPDATE** Gone is Lock away storage. Why, you ask. You read my mind. Gone Also is the fat free-no key (NOKE) locking system for your unit. Sneaky price implementations abound and I don't know. Somethings just doesn't feel right with this outfit.
