My transaction with Extra Space Storage was quick and easy. I love the convenience of reviewing and completing everything online at my own pace. Then Kristen, the Asst Mgr, called to confirm my unit and welcome me. She was very kind, thorough, and accommodating. The manager Kristan was very pro active with giving 3 or 4 solutions for our problem. As a result we were able to reduce Our monthly expense by transfering to another unit, not to mention Eliminating the extra expense of moving to another storage as well the time we saved from not having to load up and move. She was AWESOME !!!
We moved our stored items from another storage because it was was nearly $100 cheaper, for the same size unit, than our other storage. The day we started our rental on 01.14.2025, there was an employee from another location who was unbelievably helpful. While we struggled with the technical side of the rental (a glitch in our account and the Bluetooth lock) she was right there the entire time.
