Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. He searched out additional discounts and made sure we were aware of all the options and packages. Even still, a bit pricier than we were hoping for, but the economy is what it is right now. Everything is clean, professional, and military friendly.
Worst experience thus far! I purchased a unit online with no issues. But when I arrived there was no one on site. The code given to me didn’t work. Had to call multiple times while at gate. Finally after an hour someone had to manually push the gate open. They weren’t even positive if my unit was indeed mine. There was no tag with my name, no keypad (which I purchased online) the number of the unit on my contract didn’t even exist! Fine, I’ll get over it. The facility has many options it was really clean and I enjoyed how well the AC worked inside. My first experience with extra space storage also first in a climate controlled storage place. The employee Paul was fantastic and I really enjoyed the interaction getting to see all yalls options made it really easy to figure what works best for me I am definitely going to grab a unit once I’m ready. Thank you for placing Katherine in charge of Extra Space Storage on 7095 Crestway Road in San Antonio. We had issues with previous management at Extra Space Storage and the company they purchased the property from, but that all changed when Katherine took over. Katherine is extremely kind and helpful.
