My transaction with Extra Space Storage was quick and easy. I love the convenience of reviewing and completing everything online at my own pace. We moved our stored items from another storage because it was was nearly $100 cheaper, for the same size unit, than our other storage. The day we started our rental on 01.14.2025, there was an employee from another location who was unbelievably helpful. While we struggled with the technical side of the rental (a glitch in our account and the Bluetooth lock) she was right there the entire time. Did not like the changes made during our years of using storage space there. Rent went up yearly, they added mandatory insurance I didn’t need or want. Had to change from one way to get in to another, same with the unit. If I had my way I would have been out of there at least 3 years ago. Sorry. I would never use Lock Away Storage again. The office people were always nice and professional
I've had this storage before and not much has changed. Joanna was super nice and she gave us all the information we needed. Any questions we had she answered quickly and we didn't feel like we bothered her. When I had them before, it was a different location but the same company. The service was great as nothing has changed! I recommended this to my mom and after shopping around, we firmly decided on this company. The price was good, Joanna was great! I'm very happy with this storage.
