I was a customer for 12 years. Once it sold to StoreLocal I remained against my better judgement. I had trouble with my billing during the time it was switching from StoreLocal to Extra Space. The lady who used to work there was nice, but pretty ineffective when it came to dealing with Corporate. StoreLocal still owes me $60. This has by far been my favorite storage unit, and I have had several!! They have reasonable prices and have always been good to me!! Plus, the digital gate entry has been quite convenient!!
