Used this storage facility for a few months and have no complaints. The unit was clean and very reasonable in price for the size. The staff was always very friendly and willing to work with you. Would definitely recommend and will use again if ever needed. Would like to add NEVER were we charged for anything other than the monthly rental fee, not sure what that other review was but this place does NOT scam you with undisclosed charges.
This has by far been my favorite storage unit, and I have had several!! They have reasonable prices and have always been good to me!! Plus, the digital gate entry has been quite convenient!!
Read the dates on the reviews! I have been a customer of theirs for YEARS! They recently changed owners, and the new employees are absolutely repulsive. I am emptying my units immediately. I know of 3 other people who have also vacated this year directly because of how they were treated after the change. I was on autopay, so I hadn't had the displeasure of speaking to them until today. If anyone has the new owner's number, please send it to me. The employees refused to give it to me.
We recently sold our home and needed to declutter while it was on the market. I was actually dreading the idea of renting a storage unit to do this but Easy Move Mini Storage made is simple and....well....easy! The prices were quite fair and the process amazingly effortless.
