From the moment you walk In door the presence that Jasmine brings is unmatched. Very comfortable. Quick process. Super friendly. And very simple. Not to mention the office smelled amazing. Very clean facility. Glad to be storing with this extra space.
Shay was helpful and patient, since this is the first time I’ve rented storage space. After choosing a small space the paperwork was easy and quick. The building was very clean and comfortable!! Whether we keep our boxes there short term or long term, time will tell if we like it.
Jasmine the Manager at the new Coral Springs location is amazing. I rented my unit completely online and didn't speak to anyone so until I went to the actual Unit I didn't know if things would be great or a mess. Once visited I saw that the building is immaculate and feels bright and safe, which is important to me as I usually only have time to go after like 8pm. First impressions mean a lot to my wife and I. The two young ladies we met with at the office Laura and Jasmine were absolutely and completely customer focused. They walked us through the process step by step. They were not the cheapest but we decided to go with them because it’s a more convenient drive for us.
