This place has such an ideal location for my needs. It’s so clean and well kept and I feel safe leaving my items at this property. Juan was an amazing help and took me to see the different sizes to help me decide which space worked for me. I’m definitely a happy customer!
We initially went by to tour the facilities and was greeted by a cheery and helpful young lady named Jasmine late last week. She was very knowledgeable and gave us all of the pertinent information. We verbally agreed to sign on for today and have been guided nicely to have completed our lease. The facilities are new and immaculate and the customer service was superb!

Showed me a few units and explained the terms. I promise you from top to bottom it took only 30 minutes for me to preview- fill out forms and out the door. Use extra space storage, I promise you will not be disappointed.
Bought a storage unit a couple days which included a lock inside the unit, but when I arrived there there was no lock included. However, when I talked with the manager Juan the next day, he stated it was his first day there so I wouldn’t blame it on him. Overall, the experience was really straightforward and you are able to store your items the same day you purchase a unit. To add, Juan is very attentive and was able to resolve my issue.❤️❤️
Our rental started as a brand new CubeSmart building and was taken over by ExtraSpace after the first two years but the local staff/managers remained the same. We were not happy with Extra Space’s corporate office suddenly raising of our rent without notice but we were always pleased with the pleasant and helpful service we received from the on-site office staff. The building was clean and well managed.
