My experience with renting a storage unit has been great. I made a reservation online for a specific unit and it was sold before completing the reservation. However, Juan and Jasmine were able to honor the price the previous unit had. Their customer service was nothing short of great!
This place has such an ideal location for my needs. It’s so clean and well kept and I feel safe leaving my items at this property. Juan was an amazing help and took me to see the different sizes to help me decide which space worked for me. I’m definitely a happy customer!
Juan and Jasmine went out of their way to find the right size storage and made the registration a smooth process. Units look extremely clean, great AC and new building facility. Don’t hesitate to give them a chance and you’ll see that they have the best price in town.
We initially went by to tour the facilities and was greeted by a cheery and helpful young lady named Jasmine late last week. She was very knowledgeable and gave us all of the pertinent information. We verbally agreed to sign on for today and have been guided nicely to have completed our lease. The facilities are new and immaculate and the customer service was superb!
Easy Quick Extremely Efficient Customer service from the first call to signing of contract! Jasmine and Juan made sure we received the storage space we needed! Also when we walked in you could smell the cleanliness!
