First off all I like to thanks the site manager at this Extra Space Storage she reach auto to me and offer help I must add mid I had some doubt if she could help me. The reason I say this is because in the other locations had gone to there office to see if they could help me but nothing happed not even a phone call iwas expecting the same when she return the call and she did i myself had bad experiences in other locations they just ignore me and didn't care but am glad that there are people out there wiling to help.
