Originally started with this storage before Extra Space Storage took over. I'm glad they sold it to Extra Space it is a relief. Being able to communicate with an actual person on site is wonderful. They have more ladders and carts not broken down. Extra Space has the place more organized and in much better shape. They cater to their customers. I do recommend. Staff very polite, courteous and professional. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience with April G. April was at my location just to help out and she did that and more. She helped me look at several spaces and choose one that best suited my needs. She even gave me the unit number I wanted as it was a movie reference that I love, making sure the price that I was previously quoted was the price I was charged. I had a great experience with John Ortiz, he was very welcoming and helpful. He explained every aspect of the lease process and what is expected of me while utilizing the facility. He is a great asset to extra Space Storage. Thank you John!!
