I had a great experience with this storage company, largely thanks to Thalia. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. Customer service like hers makes a huge difference, highly recommend!
DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE! This is the worst place to not only rip off consumers but if you fall behind, even 1 month, they will sell everything you own, especially if you have anything of value. The owners are ruthless, money hungry mongers looking to reap the benefit of anyone caught in a bad situation. There are plenty of other rental facilities in the area to choose space to rent. Take this as a warning because it’s exactly what they did to me with no remorse. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Originally started with this storage before Extra Space Storage took over. I'm glad they sold it to Extra Space it is a relief. Being able to communicate with an actual person on site is wonderful. They have more ladders and carts not broken down. Extra Space has the place more organized and in much better shape. They cater to their customers. I do recommend. Staff very polite, courteous and professional. Thanks
