I had a great experience with this storage company, largely thanks to Thalia. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. Customer service like hers makes a huge difference, highly recommend!

Jack at extra space storage in Kearny was extremely helpful. Great service, communication and determined to assist with all of my requests. Overall excellent customer service.

Originally started with this storage before Extra Space Storage took over. I'm glad they sold it to Extra Space it is a relief. Being able to communicate with an actual person on site is wonderful. They have more ladders and carts not broken down. Extra Space has the place more organized and in much better shape. They cater to their customers. I do recommend. Staff very polite, courteous and professional. Thanks

Thalia was great ! She was very patient and made sure I knew exactly what unit I needed for my space to make sure nothing gets ruined or damaged, she’s very thoughtful great customer service !

I had a great experience with John Ortiz, he was very welcoming and helpful. He explained every aspect of the lease process and what is expected of me while utilizing the facility. He is a great asset to extra Space Storage. Thank you John!!
