Beware, i went in to the office on 12/31/24 the same day as they opened this new facility to get pricing and inquired about the First Month Free Flag/Banner they had on display. I was told that it was not a promotion they can honor and the flag needed to be taken down. I asked if you just opened today, why would the Flag/Banner be displayed and then need to be removed. The associate couldn't give me a straight or convincing answer. To me that is false advertisement to get customers in the door. It's a beautiful new facility ... read more
Facilities are impeccable and Carlos was really helpful with accommodating me on the right size need since I had reserved a smaller unit than needed and he made the swap really easy.
From the time you walk in, the employee stood up and greeted me with a smile, you don’t see this any more in Fl. Brand new property and I love the windows in the inside because I don’t feel like I’m in a box. Carts available at all time and AC is at a great temperature. Thank you Carlos for all your help.
