Carlos the customer service representative was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable about the spaces and the surrounding area. From the time you walk in, the employee stood up and greeted me with a smile, you don’t see this any more in Fl. Brand new property and I love the windows in the inside because I don’t feel like I’m in a box. Carts available at all time and AC is at a great temperature. Thank you Carlos for all your help.
Facilities are impeccable and Carlos was really helpful with accommodating me on the right size need since I had reserved a smaller unit than needed and he made the swap really easy.
Beware, i went in to the office on 12/31/24 the same day as they opened this new facility to get pricing and inquired about the First Month Free Flag/Banner they had on display. I was told that it was not a promotion they can honor and the flag needed to be taken down. I asked if you just opened today, why would the Flag/Banner be displayed and then need to be removed. The associate couldn't give me a straight or convincing answer. To me that is false advertisement to get customers in the door. It's a beautiful new facility ... read more
