And when you go in it's not like you're being criticized or anything. If you don't have the money right then and there and you communicate with them, they're very understanding and work with you. Do NOT use this storage space. They bought out the previous owner and promptly DOUBLED the rates. They also took away the dumpster that was free for patrons to use. Some of the units have leaky ceilings. I had some important documents ruined in one of the units.
