Stopped by extra space storage to get a new unit and am so happy I did. I meet with Phyllis who was amazing. She showed us around this huge, clean, beautiful building and we were so impressed we decided to purchase a unit right away. You will not be disappointed in this storage facility. The staff and building is great. We meet Chance the next day and he was very welcoming.
I had a space at another facility that was taken over by ess. After they took it over I went to my locker and found that my lock was on in reverse of the way I always put it on. Since then the price went up twice so I moved to a different facility not owned by ess. I had then gotten calls from ess only to the find out they took over that facility also. Great experience. The staff is great and are really intentional with ensuring you’re setup for your storage journey. I kept my stuff here for about a year with no issues. Their online automatic payments make things really easy and the closing out process was super quick!
Storage facility is brand new, super clean, and easy to access. The units are climate controlled, and very secure and there are awesome trollies to use to cart things to / from the storage unit from your vehicle. I used this storage for a few months while moving and it was so amazing and effortless. Renting the unit was super easy and John was super helpful in facilitating everything. Highly recommend.
Tremendously easy and precise reservation process- Colleen followed up with key details and assistance. Price is what initially attracted me, since it is inexpensive compared to others. Facility is new, clean, climate-controlled. Even has a clean restroom!
