Vivian was great throughout my entire process of setting up my rental. She is very helpful and thoughtful throughout the process and got me set with storage that would be better suited for me!
Went in to pay on my storage after finding out that Public Storage had been bought out by Extra Storage. Needless to say that all my information was erased and my auto draft was deleted when Extra Space Storage took over. Tyler was very helpful in taking care of my account and getting all of my information updated in the system, and answering all of my questions. The ladies (Jacqueline & Vivian) were very nice and pleasant. They were very informative the unit and accessing it. They made sure I was comfortable with unit I chose.
I went in not knowing what size storage I really needed. An employee by the name Queen, gave me a recommendation. She didn't stop there, she took the time to show me different size storages to make sure I was satisfied with my pick. She was very informative, polite, well-spoken and patient with me.
