Went in to pay on my storage after finding out that Public Storage had been bought out by Extra Storage. Needless to say that all my information was erased and my auto draft was deleted when Extra Space Storage took over. The ladies (Jacqueline & Vivian) were very nice and pleasant. They were very informative the unit and accessing it. They made sure I was comfortable with unit I chose.
Vivian was great throughout my entire process of setting up my rental. She is very helpful and thoughtful throughout the process and got me set with storage that would be better suited for me!
