Vivian is delightful, friendly and ready! The moment I showed up she was already in my new unit getting it ready for me and came down to greet me with a smile and helped me get set up! She’s amazing!

Went in to pay on my storage after finding out that Public Storage had been bought out by Extra Storage. Needless to say that all my information was erased and my auto draft was deleted when Extra Space Storage took over. Tyler was very helpful in taking care of my account and getting all of my information updated in the system, and answering all of my questions.
