Today my husband and I signed up for a new unit with Christian and Jason. These guys are amazing, make sure you know it all and ensure the transition is flawless. This was the easiest sign up we’ve ever done. The guys made sure we knew about what kind of insurance was needed to protect our items, and gave us a complete walk-through of the facility, bathrooms and the map. Great choice to use this facility for storage. The staff is great and actually present and attentive! Christian was a HUGE help in getting set up and always asking if there's anything he can help with when I'm there loading and unloading. There was no pressure to lease more space or anything awkward like that. Just a very cool dude who's always got great music playing overhead!
Super happy with our decision to choose Extra Space Storage. Their employee, Christian, could not have been nicer. He was super accommodating and thorough in giving us the tour of the facility. He never tried to up-sell me, and I walked away feeling like I got a great price. My location is a new facility, so it’s super clean, well lit and great access to the units.

Although because some of the logistics with my moving truck made it impossible to utilize your services, the way you guys handled every aspect of the transaction was simply amazing. I had an excellent experience at Extra Storage Space today. Christian was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough—he walked me through all of the policies, addressed my concerns, and was very transparent throughout the process. The facility itself is brand new, spotless, and comfortable inside. One thing that stood out to me is that the cell service works perfectly throughout the property, which makes a big difference when you’re managing things on the go.
