Although because some of the logistics with my moving truck made it impossible to utilize your services, the way you guys handled every aspect of the transaction was simply amazing. Super happy with our decision to choose Extra Space Storage. Their employee, Christian, could not have been nicer. He was super accommodating and thorough in giving us the tour of the facility. He never tried to up-sell me, and I walked away feeling like I got a great price. My location is a new facility, so it’s super clean, well lit and great access to the units.
I had an excellent experience at Extra Storage Space today. Christian was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough—he walked me through all of the policies, addressed my concerns, and was very transparent throughout the process. The facility itself is brand new, spotless, and comfortable inside. It’s been a fantastic experience. The gentleman that runs the front is amazing and super helpful. He’s popped by to check how we were doing as we were loading our unit before the big move. The facility is clean and safe and I have absolutely no complaints. Definitely will do business with them again!
We needed a storage unit closer to our house. We were previously at Daffodil Storage in Graham. They're great but they were just too far away. Between the location, the price, and the excellent service from Christian, Extra Space Storage in Bonney Lake has been a dream. Very nice facility. Very clean. It IS brand new so we'll see if they can maintain but I don't see it being a problem.
