We needed a storage unit closer to our house. We were previously at Daffodil Storage in Graham. They're great but they were just too far away. Between the location, the price, and the excellent service from Christian, Extra Space Storage in Bonney Lake has been a dream. Very nice facility. Very clean. It IS brand new so we'll see if they can maintain but I don't see it being a problem. This is the nicest storage facility I have ever used. Christian and Jason are extremely helpful and nice. They took the time to walk me through the app set up, show me the unit and demonstrated how the lock worked. I purchased online without seeing the unit and was very pleased with my decision to rent with them.
An easy set up through the phone or the web, Easy Auto pay set up! When arriving to the facility it was very clean and easy to access the doors through the app. My unit and building was clean in the inside and free of any smells. Easy to use carts for moving and wide spaces for backing in! Thank you Extra Space for providing a great unit at a low price!
Amazing experience!! Super clean , friendly and welcoming. Was able to rent a unit online (huge plus) and it was ready when i arrived the next day !! When i arrived to check my unit christian (store manager) met me with a smile . He walked me through the facility, showed me my unit , answered questions and was a joy to speak with. Highly recommend this location.
Shout out to Christian who works in the office, he gave me a tour to my unit, was kind and informative. Appreciate his help and guidance. This storage unit is very clean, secure and has plenty of elevators and loading/unloading park spots. Also love that it’s temperature regulated. Not too hot, and not too cold! I appreciate that there is a restroom provided! Very happy with my decision to be apart of “EXTRA SPACE STORAGE” in Bonney Lake!
