My experience is great every visit. the lady Stephanie Gomez is always polite as soon as we enter. She is very informed about the facilities. She answered all our questions very professionally. The storage facility is clean and fresh. It is always clean. Our other store place had bugs and no air conditioning. So I am pleased to tell others about Extra Space Storage. I stopped by my storage unit to grab a few items and rushed out without realizing I had dropped my bank card. The next day, while I was at the airport about to board my flight, a family member called to tell me that an Extra Space Storage employee had found my card on the floor. Instant panic—until they explained that the staff had already secured it and assured my family member that it would be safe until I returned.
