I recently rented a storage unit. Joe provided OUTSTANDING customer service! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The facility is clean and well maintained! Barry is an added bonus who answered all my mother’s questions:) These two guys are an asset to the company!! I Highly recommend!!!

He gave me a complete tour of the facility and showed me how to use lock and key as it was my 1st time. Definitely felt welcomed and taken care of. He explained after hour access, app and answered all my questions!
The process of booking a unit online was simple and straightforward. When I arrived to see the unit for the first time, Barry was friendly and helpful. The place is new and clean, and the app to open the gate and doors works great and is very convenient. Very happy with my choice!
