I recently rented a storage unit. Joe provided OUTSTANDING customer service! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The facility is clean and well maintained! Barry is an added bonus who answered all my mother’s questions:) These two guys are an asset to the company!! I Highly recommend!!!
10/10 highly recommend! Everything is brand new, the location is top tier and The staff is amazing! Barry was super helpful! He gave me a complete tour of the facility and showed me how to use lock and key as it was my 1st time. Definitely felt welcomed and taken care of. He explained after hour access, app and answered all my questions!
Excellent and friendly service! Joe helped my wife and I out today with getting situated in a new storage unit. The facility is brand new so very clean.
