I just got a storage unit from them about 3 months ago and this is the first month that I've been there to check it out after I stored my stuff. But in talking to the service rep she kept saying oh yes you have the inside unit. And you won't need to take the elevator because I'm handicapped you won't need to take the elevator because your unit will be on the first floor.
