What needs to improve: The cumbersome move out process that doesn't give full disclosure of all steps nor are you able to choose the same day for move out neither could I complete such at any hour for the next day via the app or website. See screenshots of all the hoops and hurdles to jump just to leave. What initial made me want to give 4 stars: What works: They have deals. It's new.
