The assistant manager was very helpful, considerate and kind. Their prices are the best in town and I even got one month free !!! That was a surprise and a blessing. I highly recommend this place if you need a good, clean and affordable storage unit.
Have been renting here for over a year with no issues. I always vote them for best storage in the area and I work for a home builder so I recommend them to people all the time as well. I pay online monthly or you can get it drafted. Clean and secure. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because I messaged them on their website recently and no one ever responded to me. We have use Mr. Store It several times and always have been pleased. They are very friendly, helpful and did not go up on their prices and we used them this last time for a year. It’s family owned, very clean and we have never had any issues with security. Our stuff was always like the way we put it. Did not have any issues with bugs. We will use them again.
Wonderful storage facility. I kept my things there for nearly a decade. The staff there were always friendly and responsive. Fully recommend!
