Emmy Lou, she is, and has been since the change over from 'yellow door storage' the best with communication and customer service that I've ever experienced with storage or really any service lately. this was the best service and smiles with an attitude that matches regardless of the day and time. She cares about the clients and how she is able to help them appreciate the services provided by giving information and all the help possible at her disposal.
