On Oct 2nd 2025 I rented a 5X10 unit & I have to thank Jessica from extra storage because I reserved unit night before and next morning Jessica called me and took the time to answer every question I had and even stayed on phone until I got my confirmation email and see if I had any questions. Then when showed up to location she came out of office to greet us and walked us to our unit to make sure we knew where it was locate. It was such an easy and wonderful experience. Jessica was great and very friendly
Great Experience – Ask for Nicole! My mom and I needed a storage unit, and we were lucky to be helped by Nicole — she was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional from start to finish. She gave us a full tour of the facility, showed us exactly where our unit would be, and clearly explained all the pricing and options. I rented unit On Oct 2,2025 from Jessica and she made whole process so easy, so today Oct 18,2025 I realized I needed to upgrade to larger unit and when I arrived I had the pleasure of working with both Jessica & Nicole and once again it was such an easy process because they both make sure their customers completely understand everything and take the time to show you different sizes available. If you ever need storage unit highly recommend coming to see either Nicole or Jessica.
Jess is seriously the best! As soon as I walked into the storage place, she smiled and made me feel super welcome. I didn’t really know what kind of storage I needed, but she asked a few questions and figured it all out fast. She made it so easy, I barely had to think.
