This is a new facility, but I've also been at a previous Extra Space, and they are all VERY clean, provide a lot of carts for customers, and employee very nice people. Once I booked our space, I was eager to get moved in. I love this company because they care more for their customers than other storage companies. For instance, they make sure there are plenty of carts to utilize, and they program the air conditioner low enough to keep the sweat down when working to move our items.
