Me and my wife got a storage unit at this location online. When we arrived we realized we needed a bit more space. Dee was very helpful getting us a larger unit. Very impressed at the level of customer service as well as cleanliness of these units. I spent 2 days at this location and didn’t see anything on the floor anywhere. Very happy with this location. Update. I added some photos to show how clean this place is very happy with my storage choice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently rented a storage unit here and couldn't be happier with my experience! The facility is brand new, incredibly clean, and well-maintained. The lighting is bright and welcoming, which makes accessing my unit easy and safe at any time of day. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions I have. Overall, a fantastic storage option with top-notch service. Highly recommend!
This is our 3rd year with Extra Space. Even at this new location the facility is clean and well maintained. Having worked with Dee at other location we were familiar and happy to see her managing! She is professional, hugely knowledgeable and customer oriented. Darrin is especially helpful and thorough when setting up the lease and review of policies. Good luck to this great, new and very convenient location!
Dees level customer service was superior. She even went upstairs to look and determine the location of the unit we wanted to rent. This is a brand new facility right off the turnpike. Excellent location and beautiful accommodations. Highly recommend
D was amazing friendly and very accommodating. She's definitely a keeper. Pricing at this facility is amazing your first month is free your monthly fee for a 10x15 is not only affordable but it's the best in town and I live in Clermont.
