The facility is well lit, well maintained and clean. The storage space is also nice, and roomy, especially because it’s very tall. The best part is the staff. They are the friendliest and most helpful you can ever find.
We have been with this company for a minute and Becca has always been there to help us anyway she can. The storage units are very well kept and the property is always maintained! Since the company has been switched to Extra Space Storage once again Becca and the wonderful office staff where there and made the transition smooth and effortless! The staff have always been kind and courteous to me whenever I come in the office or have any questions concerning my storage unit. They always have a smile for me. Also, whenever family or friends ask me about my storage situation, I always refer them to the Hosmer Street storage facility because I know the staff will treat them right.
My experience with CubeSmart has been nothing but great & very easy. The storage unit was clean & well maintained. My storage unit was clean and not creepy. I started reserving a 3rd floor unit but they let me change to a 1st floor unit with no hassle ! I like being able to access my unit anytime of the day during the hours by my phone.
