Absolute trash experience with a money hungry company. We rented a unit from here back when it was AJs Storage (a family owned company), so Extra Space inherited us when the company sold. In the matter of less than 6 months, cameras and code entries for the building were ripped out and not replaced (the doors don’t even lock or latch fully anymore), prices were raised multiple times with very little notice (now more than double what was paying originally), and staff no longer is at location half the time.
