The customer service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff. We needed to upgrade to a larger unit while moving in, and Jen in the office was incredibly helpful in making the transfer smooth and hassle-free. The location is also very secure, with controlled access to the building. I highly recommend this facility.
Jennifer and team were awesome getting me set up with my storage unit at the Ventura location. I have worked with Jennifer before at previous locations and her customer service and knowledge are the best in the city. I am goning to enjoy working with Jennifer and team again. Moved in to my unit over a week ago and Ruben and Jennifer have been extremely helpful and curtious with my move. They have gone above beyond great sevice.I just wanted to thank the team for their help.
Nice, cool, dry, clean units. Easy secure access with three layers of protection/security. Reuben will take care of you and show you around,—very friendly and professional service.
Moving can be a stressful time and finding the right storage is just as stressful. Luckily I didn't ensure that stress. In fact the staff at extra space on Ventura was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. The rates are more than affordable and location is perfect. Id recommend then to anyone who's moving and not wanting to worry about their belongings. Thanks!!
Second experience with ExtraSpace. Just as easy as the first. Jennifer was super nice and helpful in showing me how the two story facility operated. Will absolutely go for ExtraSpace a third time
