Extra Space Storage took over from previous management. I spoke with Ken today and he patiently answered all of my questions about the change. It feels like the new company will be efficient and customer focused.
I stopped by to rent a large unit and Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he did not have any large units available but he referred me to the Rogers location. Thanks for your help and I enjoyed visiting with you. Welcome to Arkansas!
I worked with Lindsay who helped immensely even when we ran in a few hiccups and made the process as easy as possible! The rates were fantastic, nine month price lock, and the location is amazing with great security. So very happy we found this facility!
