At ExtraSpace self storage,I was greeted with Phenomenal service provided by Marc as soon as I arrived, he welcomed me in gave me great size recommendations based on the items I planned to store and walked me through the pricing for each unit. I had an outstanding experience with Marc, the store manager at Extra Space Storage in Butler. From the moment I walked in, Marc was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Let me start by saying this new facility has the best prices, the professionalism is top notch. The manager that assisted was Marc. Great guy just a doll. Love how he was respectful he kept calling me ma’am through out the whole transaction. Thank you again extra space and Marc for the easy-move.

Joe in the main office was very helpful. Showed me around and located my unit for me. Very clean and brightly lit facility. They even have public bathrooms for renters. So far a very pleasant experience.

I’m sad I did not catch the name of the man who helped us out but I will edit this when I find out! They were unbelievably helpful from renting to physically getting me to the storage unit. The customer service here is unparalleled!
