Website says there is drive up access. We went to go rent a unit, and there are NO drive up access units! Employee said “drive up access” means you can drive up to the door and park in front of the building. No storage units close to door. The storage unit doors on the outside of the building are fake and not real units. Also, the website has 2 different offers on it- “first month free and up to 50% off” and then “35% off + half off first month”. We rented a unit from this location when it was Cube Smart. Loved it and never had any issues. Now that ownership has changed to extra space storage we’ve had nothing but issues. The website is not user friendly. There’s never anyone in the office. The key pad to one door has been down for over a month. Please bring cube smart back!
DaLeesha at Extra Space storage in Belleville, IL was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed while preparing to move out of my storage unit. She was very kind and care as well as knowledgeable of the company and facility.
We are very pleased with the new management and owners of our storage unit. Previous company blocked customers from using the bathrooms. This manager has them open and CLEAN! This is very much appreciated by us seniors!
The space is very secure and the workers are extremely nice. What i don't like is the hike of payment on storages. The sizes doesn't change and the price goes up. No appreciation to the people that has been loyal to the company only perks for the new people. Please, make that make sense...
