The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I love the climate control, the security, and the carts they offer so you're not carrying everything. Overall, they're very nice and convenient!
Website says there is drive up access. We went to go rent a unit, and there are NO drive up access units! Employee said “drive up access” means you can drive up to the door and park in front of the building. No storage units close to door. The storage unit doors on the outside of the building are fake and not real units. Also, the website has 2 different offers on it- “first month free and up to 50% off” and then “35% off + half off first month”. My support from Daleesha, was a great help to me, she made sure that I got the best support possible. She made sure that the things I needed to know to keep my storage up to standard that I been on time. Great job young lady you are a great support person and you made me smile. We rented a unit from this location when it was Cube Smart. Loved it and never had any issues. Now that ownership has changed to extra space storage we’ve had nothing but issues. The website is not user friendly. There’s never anyone in the office. The key pad to one door has been down for over a month. Please bring cube smart back!
Poor customer service! My elderly grandfather is not able to access his unit by the door closest to his unit. He reached out to someone by phone that stated that they would be there to open the door for him they were just down the hall. He waited 30 minutes at the door for no one to come and help him, turns out there was actually no one at the facility. Then he had to go to the front door, and walk the whole entire storage unit to get to his belongings! Office hours are completely false there is no one at the facility ever. ... read more
