Rented a 10x8 unit. A day later began loading shelving and larger items only to find that the entire floor, storage unit, hallways, bathrooms, elevator etc were infested with German cockroaches. We immediately brought everything back to our vehicles and moved out. Completely unacceptable. Canceled our lease and requested refund for first month since we had it for less than 24 hours. Convenient location. Having covered bays to unload vehicles is fantastic. Roller dollies are a huge plus. Only frustration is the code location to get through the first gate requires you to back up again to drive through the gate.
Joshua and Austin were great! They made us feel comfortable about getting any unit of any size. They helped make sure we got an appropriate size for what we were going to store, made sure we knew about insurance, and showed us around to make sure we wouldn’t get lost. When move in day came, Joshua helped by having a person move their car over to share the bay with us. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome!
