Had a very unpleasant experience with a disrespectful and condescending employee. Unfortunately, our hands were tied, and we had to rent this unit. Hopefully, we will be back in our house sooner rather than later, especially since we have received a substantial rate increase so soon after starting our lease. Price gouging at its finest!
Cube storage for the win yet again! Finally able to get my house back in order!
A 5x10 unit started out at $79/month. Six months into it, they raised the price to $91/month. Six months after that, they raised the price to $110/month. I closed out my unit before the final price increase. For some reason, they think raising the price 40% in a year makes sound business sense.
Just got off the phone with Alice, and she was phenomenal. She took the time to make a spreadsheet with me comparing all of the prices of each CubeSmart storage area in a certain mile radius of my house so I would find the best deal. Definitely recommend this place if you want to work with great people! The prices were very reasonable as well.
Best experience for first time storage and great customer service!!!
