Great online experience to get set up with ease. Getting into the facility had a hiccup with the gate not working, but after calling the 800 number, the manager came down to let us in. The unit was clean and ready to go. The entire facility was clean, looks safe and well secured. The rates are very reasonable as well. Glad we decided on extra space storage to store our extra things.
Stopped in to asked questions about the change over, as we had a unit already with the previous company. The lady at the desk was very kind and patient, and answered all of our questions. The process was much less complicated than the paperwork made it seem.
If you are in the market for a storage unit i definitely recommend going through krista at extra space. She is very sweet and you can tell she actually cares. She made the transition so smooth and makes sure to walk you through the whole process so there isn’t any confusion at all. You ROCK krista!
