I’ve had a great experience using extra space storage. The manager William is friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, with easy access whenever I need it. I especially appreciate the climate-controlled options and the strong security measures in place (gates, cameras, and on-site staff). The pricing is fair for the quality of service, and setting up the rental was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution!

The process to rent out the storage unit was easy and quick. Very safe facility and climate control all over. Mr. Williams was very attentive, he gave me a follow up call to introduce himself. Upon arriving to the facility he was very kind, great customer service and even took me to my unit and showed me how the lock works. Definitely recommend this location! Claire, William, and Christian made the rental process sooo easy. The place looks clean, staff is very welcoming and helpful. I like the time restrictions, makes the place feel safer :)

We felt honored that we were greeted at the door and welcomed with an open door. The receptionist is an exceptional young lady who is very kind and courteous. This was our second time visiting this facility and we were impressed that she remembered us. We were very satisfied with doing business with her.
