The process to rent out the storage unit was easy and quick. Very safe facility and climate control all over. Mr. Williams was very attentive, he gave me a follow up call to introduce himself. Upon arriving to the facility he was very kind, great customer service and even took me to my unit and showed me how the lock works. Definitely recommend this location! We felt honored that we were greeted at the door and welcomed with an open door. The receptionist is an exceptional young lady who is very kind and courteous. This was our second time visiting this facility and we were impressed that she remembered us. We were very satisfied with doing business with her.
