Yay for new management! Incredible customer service now! Luis is always helpful and considerate. Our valuables have remained safe from any external threats. We appreciate the high security as well. This place is wonderful and reasonably priced!
I was in a bind on a Sunday and called to see if they could help me out. I had a unit available within 15 minutes of the call, the place was clean, and the staff was incredible. if you need a storage unit this place will deliver top tier customer service and clean well maintained facilities.
Customer service was great, they were taking over my storage location and I had a few questions. The young man was very personable, courteous and patient with me asking lots of questions about if there would be changes and how they would affect me and the services they offer. They even have a person in the office full time at this location.
Louis, the manager, was an amazing help! He made sure I had everything I needed and was well informed with my two units! I look forward to doing business again at this location! Thanks Louis!
I would strongly warn against renting an inside climate-controlled unit at this location. My unit experienced water damage from the buildings roof, resulting in rust and water damage to my belongings. Evidence of water seepage can be seen on the ceilings. While SafeNest offers an insurance plan that covers such damages, they do not cover costs if you insure the unit outside of their plan with your personal insurance company.
