I wish I could leave 6 stars. The online service was easy - I had a unit leased in less than 1 hr. Before moving stuff in - The owner of the facility reached out personally to make sure we had what we needed, understood how to access the unit, and how to get support of there is an issue. The app is easy to use, how we choose to access the unit and how I pay. Best experience I've had in a long time. Will use this company again - sharing with everyone I know.
I am amazed at how great the customer service is at Extra Space Storage (12120 University City Blvd, Harrisburg, NC). I have looked everywhere for storage space, including U-Haul and Public Storage, and dealt with many people both over the phone and in person. I’m a young college student who’s having to start learning to do these things on her own, I thought getting a storage unit was going to be more complicated but it was super easy! Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and super friendly!! Unfortunately I can’t remember the man I spoke to, (sorry!!) but he was super thoughtful! I cannot recommend this place enough! Louis was so incredibly helpful and consistent during my move out process. He answered all of my questions, was incredibly accommodating, and Louis and James were very helpful during my move out day and process!!! They made this process seamless!
