Great management! CJ was fantastic—very pleasant, kind, and easy to work with. I would rent from here based on that alone.
Front desk people were friendly if we find them on site. Billing was terrible. The first unit we were assigned were dirty. We requested to switch to a different unit and never used the first one. We were charged for both for the first month. The promotion rate ran out in two months then we were charged for the regular rate. At month 6, our rent just “doubled”.
