Front desk people were friendly if we find them on site. Billing was terrible. The first unit we were assigned were dirty. We requested to switch to a different unit and never used the first one. We were charged for both for the first month. The promotion rate ran out in two months then we were charged for the regular rate. At month 6, our rent just “doubled”. Mark Black was great, he took all my storage needs into consideration. I've just closed my account with morningstar this week located on wt Harris. Mark was so helpful at the steelcreek location I'm thinking about getting one at the Statesville Rd location also. . Big thumbs up to Mark he solely won over my business.
Worst experience. From the first day we moved in till the day we moved out. Zero communication from the manager James. Left multiple messages and emails when information was not fully provided re: gate access, someone else parked in our spot and billing error. James never returned our calls neither did the district manager. Beware.
I've had the most amazing experience with this company. I know getting a storage and the prices and the whole process can seem daunting, because it typically is, but with this company everything was just smooth sailing. They really worked with me on the best location and the best price for me, and for that I highly recommend them. I truly, encourage you to go here for all your storage needs.
