I had a great experience with this storage company thanks to their outstanding customer service. The sales rep I spoke with was incredibly polite, pleasant to talk to, and truly helpful. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. It was clear she really knows her job — 5 stars for her and the service overall.
The staff here (Maricar) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office and grounds are clean and organized. This is a new management group and I am a preexisting customer, so time will tell. However, my first experience with Extra Space was a good one. Don’t hesitate to lease a unit here.
The facility is brand new and extremely clean and well lit. Maricar Downs took me on a tour to check different sized rooms. It’s immaculate. Very good price point- highly recommend
Caitlin was incredibly welcoming and professional, and Maricar was also very helpful. The product was very well suited for me. The upfront welcoming committee executed their duties well. We’ll see how well corporate upholds professionalism as time goes by….
Maricar was very helpful in showing me unit options for rent. She did a great job explaining the billing process and lease agreement.
