OMG, where to begin? In reverse chronological order, my account recently became seriously in arrears in spite having given a month`s notice of intent to vacate! Entry gates were changed making new traffic pattern impossible for more than one tenant to use the facility without blocking another. Before that, entry code was changed without notification. Any staff was always absent. Yeah, a real shit show! Never again

Chose this service not knowing and not being informed of the size of the lot and that we wouldn't be able to fit our moving truck into it. Was also told before transaction went through that we would receive a code to get in without the office needing to be open so when we got into town we get our unloading done. This was false and we were moving down from the Pacific northwest and had to waste an entire day of our move waiting for them to open the next day. Manager and employees are never in office or never around to answer phone calls. The property itself is not easily accessible with all of the new gates. Rates went way up with the involuntary charge for insurance. The storage unit next to mine smelt like Dog urine so bad that it would carry over into my unit. Just overall bad personal experience.
