The whole process of reserving a space was smooth and seamless. The customer service was above and beyond. They were super friendly and informative. I got the exact space I asked for and was available immediately. Jacqueline was so sweet and offered to help in any way I needed.

Best Storage Company Around! I have been a nomad the last couple of years. I have moved from Murrieta, San Diego, and now Rancho Cordova, CA. Based on my age, I have collected a lot of memories and furniture that I keep whittling down, but it's still too much to house in my newest home. I initially called trying to get information on the storage facility. The customer service agent was very helpful and was able to find the lowest price in the area. I received a promotion of one month free as well. They put in a reservation for me and were able to hold that price for 2 weeks and I wouldn't have to start paying until that period/whenever I moved my items in. I think this is the first time I've been the first reviewer. I have rented MANY storage units in my life, this experience was by far the best and easiest I've ever had. I have went to Public Storage many times before and I was going to this time. After experiencing problems navigating the PS app/site trying to find a climate controlled unit, I decided to call PS. They immediately confirmed my online reservation for a large, climate controlled unit in a new facility. When I arrived to claim the unit, the employee gave me TWO unit numbers. Perplexed, I asked why I had two units when I had reserved, and been CONFIRMED, for one. He told me they substituted two smaller units for my one larger one and that "it is within our right to substitute without notice as long as it is the same amount of square feet."
