I’ve had a really positive experience with Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Dan, the manager. He has been incredibly kind and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I’ve had to switch units twice during my move, and each time Dan made the process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, helpful, and never made me feel like I was being a hassle — which meant a lot during an already hectic time.
