This is a good storage facility. The staff is helpful and quite professional. The units are outdoor, and seems to be well protected enough for my needs. Contracts are available month to month. I got a good rate on my space. Happy so far with my experience.
I had a storage unit years ago, when it was AAA storage and I was there for quite a long time, and it was ran and maintained pretty well Now I'm back renting a unit again but from the newer owner. I've been there a few months I have noticed a big difference in every way with lisa, the manager.She is unreal she actually cares about this place like she owns it. I stored my belongings here for three years while relocating to another state, and I never had any concerns about the safety of my items. The office staff's communication is outstanding. When I moved out on a Saturday, I was worried about being charged for an additional month since the office was closed, but they reached out to me first thing Monday morning—before I even had the chance to call—and expressed their gratitude for my business. I would absolutely recommend this facility to a family member without hesitation.
The person, i spoke to this morning was Dan, he helped me out with various questions, he was very professional and very informative with a great deal of knowledge regarding my situation. I would recommend him to anyone if you need help. HE WAS GREAT!!!
