This place is so close to Baylor great for students. They also have some amazing deals going on.
I reported my unit light out 2 weeks ago. It went out 2 days after I rented the unit. I am still getting a runaround about it being fixed. This is a security risk as well as a potential hazard. Extremely disappointed in how this business is being run. I keep getting the excuse that it's up to the owner and that the people in the office are 3rd party and cannot do anything. Friendly staff and VERY EASY online renting and move-in. But 3 to 4 months after you first rent your unit you'll get a letter in the mail that your storage unit rates are DOUBLING. We had our $61 storage unit for exactly 3 months (3 billing cycles) before a letter arrived in the mail notifying us of a rate increase to $133. This is corporate using computer systems to jack up the rent and increase revenue as much as possible.
