I rented a storage space from Extra Space Storage and they did a bait-and-switch on me. I was in a space for only 3 months and they sent a notice they were going to raise my rates starting the next month by over 65%. I looked up lawsuits against them and found out they have several suits pending now in multiple states including California and New York (a $5.08 million suit). Anyone who is thinking of renting from them, be prepared to move again soon.
