The elevator has been broken at this place for a month!!!! My storage unit is on the second floor too so I have to use the stairs, smh. On top of that, one of the main doors to the facility has been broken for 2 months. This place will hound you down to get your payment, but don't wanna fix their facilities broken issues. Do not get a storage place from here, you've been warned. Also, I doubt that the good reviews for this place is legit because it's absolutely horrible.
