It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. We were helped out by Scott who demonstrated great customer service, he was helpful and friendly. Appreciate the time they took to explain things and show us around. Very upfront, honest, but also understanding. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking to use storage services.
Johnny was incredibly respectful, friendly, and courteous! The facility is brand new, exceptionally clean, and climate-controlled, which is a huge plus. The price is amazing—100 stars!
Scott was so helpful and patient with us when we were having trouble with the portal. We probably spoke to him 6 times in one day. He was proactive, responsive and seemed to really care. The space is pristine and easy to get to. 5 stars all around.
They are great at explaining different storage sizes, prices, and process of renting when I first joined. Anytime I had to communicate with the owners they were super pleasant and helpful. Always clean and quiet.
BKAYE staff was so helpful and clear with all there answers to my questions from the first day I walked into the office, very nice and respectful, I couldn’t have been more grateful for that.
