Had a very favorable experience working with Debi Hahn manager at Venice Fl location. After looking at other storage places all they wanted to do was have me sign up on line they didn’t even want to show me the unit. However as soon as I walked into your facility Debi greeted me took time to understand want size unit would work and showed me the unit. Of course I signed up and happy to work with her. After looking at several other storage facilities, I decided on the Extra Space location off Jacaranda Blvd. I liked the location and access for my vehicles, but the selling point for me was your employee, Deborah, managing the facility. She was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and gave me a degree of confidence and comfort that was the deciding factor. As a former business owner, Deborah is definitely the face and demeanor you want making a first impression on customers.
Debbi did a wonderful job of getting us situated in our unit. Very apparent she cares about the cleanliness of her facility and the customer service she delivers. Planning on using this unit for two years and actually look forward to this. Prices can’t be beat.
When I first started with this storage facility as a customer it was called Best Box storage I was going through a very trying and upsetting time in my life it was shortly after hurricane Milton had blown through. My son who is wheel chair bound and I became homeless pretty much lost everything and the few things we could replace we now needed somewhere to store them and I found this facility. What a beautiful new facility! The process was fast and simple, the space is clean and the building smells so good! The manager, Debi, is delightful and knows her stuff! I rented this unit for my mom....Next, I'll be moving my stuff out of "the orange place' and transferring to BestBox! Oh, and I got my son to rent here too!! A true family affair and we're all happy!!! 😊
