Micki was super nice and helpful today. We went in to look for a storage unit, the place was very clean, well lit and good security. Micki was also incredibly thorough with everything we needed and gave us a great price. Super happy we decided to rent a storage unit here.
If you love, terrible service, this is absolutely the place for you! Communication - yeah right. Respect - Yeah, that’s definitely not included in the rental fee. I received a call at 2:40 in the afternoon telling me there was an issue with my lock and that if I did not get there by 6 PM that day, my lock would be drilled and I would be charged for the labor and repair. Micki was super friendly and kind. She made me feel very comfortable when I came in to sign for my storage space. She even let me borrow lock until I bring my own in. Best customer service I’ve seen in years!!!
