Me and my wife were looking for a place to store some extra stuff we got from a relative of ours. We looked and tried many other places before coming here. What sold us was how friendly Tiffany was. We know we can trust our stuff with her. Thanks for having such a great clean establishment.
I got this email Jan 23, 2025, 5:40 PM. "We are currently experiencing a power outage at the facility and will be closed for access for the remainder of the day. Our team is working to resolve the issue and we will let you know when power is back on. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding." Next day, no notice that power was back on. I had to give a 1 star because of all the things a business has to do, communications with customers isn't that hard. I got an email from BestBox on 3/22 saying my bill would be paid automatically as usual. On 3/31 I got an email from Extra Space, the first email ever from them, saying my bill was due on the 5th. I figured it was a scam since I never got anything from BestBox saying they changed something. I guess I'll have to call them to find out if it is legitimate. It was a very good experience the lady working there was very good at here job and she was very nice and friendly and answered all are questions we had to ask her
