Manny the manager is THE BEST. This facility is GREAT and we looked at several for our needs. 1) It is CLIMATE CONTROLLED 2) ALL UNITS = FIRST FLOOR - it’s a giant warehouse filled with storage spaces with no elevators involved. Most guaranteed first floor units are drive ups that are not climate controlled, or at other extra space locations, the first floor is usually quite a bit more expensive for the convenience. I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. The facility was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure from the moment I arrived. I came in earlier this week and even though there wasn’t any parking available at this location, Uniquekwa went above and beyond to help me. She actually reserved me a space at a nearby sister site so I wouldn’t be stuck. She was so professional, articulate, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, she had such a warm personality and carried herself beautifully. I left feeling truly taken care of. Thank you, Uniquekwa!
