The agent that I worked with named Honey was wonderful the whole process was so easy. I was not able to complete my transaction on my phone due to no Wi-Fi so I called and she assisted with getting the contract and everything to sign Sent to my Gmailand explaining how the whole lock and all that works. Super easy process love the space that I have rented
I’ve had CubeSmart in other cities and I have always had a pleasant experience. I would not recommend the Hillsboro location. I asked for a light to be repaired over my storage cube for a year. It was not repaired. It was dark and difficult to see. I was informed management is aware but chooses not to fix it.
Manny is what made our experience so great! He was just so helpful and kind! He knew who I was before he ever met me! Just paid attention to detail and was so helpful with our unit! We will most definitely use this facility if we need another unit again in the future! Thank you Manny!!!

Rent went up for a second time in a little over a year, for a total increase of 50%, only a month after being told that the roof was breached by a thunderstorm and that my unit may have been flooded. The HVAC was moldy before then, and is still moldy now. Management allows customers to store boats, trailers, delivery vans, etc. in the loading area on the main customer entry side of the building meaning you're going to be in for a long walk with your heavy stuff.
