Manny the manager is THE BEST. This facility is GREAT and we looked at several for our needs. 1) It is CLIMATE CONTROLLED 2) ALL UNITS = FIRST FLOOR - it’s a giant warehouse filled with storage spaces with no elevators involved. Most guaranteed first floor units are drive ups that are not climate controlled, or at other extra space locations, the first floor is usually quite a bit more expensive for the convenience.
