I’ve been with this storage facility for many years for my business and every time I step into the office everyone is very kind and welcoming, especially Manny. I appreciate the warm smile and friendly service.

Manny the manager is THE BEST. This facility is GREAT and we looked at several for our needs. 1) It is CLIMATE CONTROLLED 2) ALL UNITS = FIRST FLOOR - it’s a giant warehouse filled with storage spaces with no elevators involved. Most guaranteed first floor units are drive ups that are not climate controlled, or at other extra space locations, the first floor is usually quite a bit more expensive for the convenience. Elizabeth at the front desk was rude. We called because they doubled our monthly rate and she answered with a how can I help you and then in the middle of my sentence she interrupted me and said she’d call me back and hung up. We went in at this point and she admitted she just wanted to finish her lunch. I rather the phone not be answered if that’s the case. She was constantly cutting us off when talking when we came in person
