It's been a month and the gate doors aren't working. You'll be carrying heavy things through the ramp doors.For Cub Smart, moving these heavy things is normal (because Gut Door 🚪, don't work). This is their boss's number. He's out of work.
The transition from Cube Smart to Extra Space was handled professionally and the service was excellent. They are making the needed repairs to the building that was promised by Cube Smart but never delivered. I am very pleased with my experience and the cleanliness and easy access that is provided.
The new ownership of the cubesmart is in good hands now that Extra Space Storage has taken over and start improving and securing the site. It was a mess under cubesmart. Alfodo seems to know what needs to be done and has gotten straight to repairs. I hope corporate knows the task Alfodo has on his hands with this new branch. Looking forward to positive changes.
Christine was polite and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth enrollment and a better understanding of how we at CubeSmart operate. She gave me the best customer service experience in all time. I am happy and very grateful. I thank the ALMIGHTY GOD for people like Christine. Bravo!!!
I really wish I could remember which location Andrew works at. In any case, the on site personnel were out and he was covering down for a brief period from another location. Really friendly, patient, and a genuine pleasure to be around. I can't speak to the personnel that service this location, but the customer service today was first rate. Thanks again for getting the family and I set up and on our way so quickly.
