I've rented a unit from this location (10x10') for about 6 months now and I couldn't say enough about the staff at the front desk. They are cordial, polite, patient, attentive. And the space is very easy to access, quite not busy. And great location off Woburn center. Couldn't be happier.

I appreciate the immediate care & concern addressing my needs at Extra Space Storage, on Salem St. in Woburn, by the Supervisor Adolpho. When I presented my anxiety about a problem that I saw no solution for, except to pack up my belongings & vacate the premises, Adolpho was very understanding and assured me, he would find a solution right away. Not a fan. I’ve had my unit there for about a year since they were CubeSmart before Extra Space took over. I had no idea ExtraSpace had taken over operations except for a random call from them that I hadn’t paid my bill. It was set up for auto pay as CubeSmart. I didn’t get a letter about the merger until AFTER they called me looking for money. And they have since jacked rates up. My unit has nearly doubled.
