It's been a month and the gate doors aren't working. You'll be carrying heavy things through the ramp doors.For Cub Smart, moving these heavy things is normal (because Gut Door 🚪, don't work). This is their boss's number. He's out of work.
Ive had a unit here since 2016. This WAS an awful place called CubeSmart. I was moving my things out of this place at one time. It was beyond poorly run, I was seriously afraid to go there. The main reason was the person who ran the desk & building, he was a very bad person to sum it up. Not someone you'd even want near your home. The building was always left open, all doors, so dirty, and too much has been stolen from my unit and me myself by CubeSmart and the kid who ran the office. I’ve been a client for two years and that’s a nice storage facility. Always neat and clean. And Adolfo is the best manager you can count on.
The transition from Cube Smart to Extra Space was handled professionally and the service was excellent. They are making the needed repairs to the building that was promised by Cube Smart but never delivered. I am very pleased with my experience and the cleanliness and easy access that is provided.
Holly provided excellent customer service with important details of the available storage size options. The entire experience was pleasant. I highly recommend Cube Smart-Stoneham for all your storage needs.
