I had a fantastic experience at this Extra Space Storage location. I've been a customer here for a long time--I was here when it was CubeSmart--and these managers are a major improvement. Monica was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to show me four different units so I could compare the sizes in person. She even walked me through how to use the new locking system, which was a huge help. Back in 2021 when I 1st got this unit the place was under the name of Cube Smart & I never had any issues. In March of 2025 the name changed to Extra space storage. Only 4 months after new name/management, I went to go some items I needed. I lifted up my unit door only to find that all my belongings were covered in RODENT FECES/PEE!!! Luis in the front office could care less when seen the damage & said there was nothing he/company can do about it and that this was the only unit that was like that.
