I've been really indecisive as to where to move storages, I've rented from PS, CS and now here. As all places the rent increases everywhere and if they tell you it's not they're lying outta their teeth! The onsite manager Luis was extremely helpful and really patient as it literally took me almost a week to make a decision. The storage is really clean and well taken care of.

I had a fantastic experience at this Extra Space Storage location. I've been a customer here for a long time--I was here when it was CubeSmart--and these managers are a major improvement. Monica was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to show me four different units so I could compare the sizes in person. She even walked me through how to use the new locking system, which was a huge help. Back in 2021 when I 1st got this unit the place was under the name of Cube Smart & I never had any issues. In March of 2025 the name changed to Extra space storage. Only 4 months after new name/management, I went to go some items I needed. I lifted up my unit door only to find that all my belongings were covered in RODENT FECES/PEE!!! Luis in the front office could care less when seen the damage & said there was nothing he/company can do about it and that this was the only unit that was like that.
