The young man that helped me today at 1pm 7/26 in the City of Industry was amazing. I know have a unit inside the gate. The young lady that help sign me up on the phone didn’t explain a lot of things as to where my unit was. Very happy with his assistance
I like the place and Monica was very friendly. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it is not accessible on Sundays unless you pay more to go through the gate, which is ridiculous. The gate should be outside, and it should be accessible to everyone daily.
I needed my lock cut because I left my key at home. Luis was very helpful. He walked me through the process and explained everything. He had a great attitude as well and very friendly. Glad a place like this has a manager that cares.
These units have changed companies. Great front desk! Briana is super personable and made the transition easy for me. I have good feelings about dealing with this company with some of the concerns I had with the last management
I have booked my unit on line but I don’t know where is the gate at the gentleman from the office come out and signals me to follow him and show me where my unit is after that he told me that the information on file was incorrect and wanted me to follow him back to the office to correct the issue Luis Munoz is the store manager he is the one that got out his way to help a new customer and we as your customer is lucky to have people like Luis around excellent attitude excellent services
