Quick and easy process to move in! Luis is super friendly and gave us advice on which unit would fit all our items. He didn’t try to upsell which I appreciated. Also random fact, he loves chicken nuggets.

Had the best customer service. Luis was able to give me a great storage contract with the recent switch of ownership. Walked in to the office for another reason which was also addressed. So glad I walked in!
The young man that helped me today at 1pm 7/26 in the City of Industry was amazing. I know have a unit inside the gate. The young lady that help sign me up on the phone didn’t explain a lot of things as to where my unit was. Very happy with his assistance
