Super nice facility. Employees/managers are very nice
Gwen was absolutely amazing. We ran into an issue and not only did she solve the issue, she was so understanding and actually calmed me down. She was very patient with the whole situation and very professional. Thanks to her we were able to get into our unit with no further issues.
I've just had the pleasure of having to talk to Timothy at Extra Space. The man was very professional and really kind and thoughtful. I've had a unit there since 2022 when is Judy and her husband ran the place which was CubeSmart at the time. When Judy was there the place was kept clean and nice, the gate was never left open but then she had to retire. Friendly, easy to set up and clean. I got a 5 x 10 and could fit way more than expected. Had an issue with me being overcharged but apparently that’s been sorted. I will update later if so to a 5 star.
I was in distress with an issue at my home. I needed something outside the house to store my Livingroom and Dinning room until the issue has been resolved. I looked at on property bins, the price was not manageable. I decided to look into CubeSmart. After having a discussion with Emmanuel, I chose Cube Smart. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding of my situation. You are a life saver!!!! Highly recommend CubeSmart off San Jose and Stanford - Great Customer Service!!
