It was so easy to get started. Timothy was delightful on property and I appreciate his willingness to find me a convenient unit. I also feel the property is clean and well cared for. Good value for what I need. Thank you!
Timothy was very helpful, explained my options and even walked to my unit to make sure I didn’t have any issues locating it or any issues with the door latch. I highly recommend this location.
I've been with this storage for years. Judy and I became good friends and Lenny hung me a longer light string in my unit. I ask him if he had Hot pink? He wasn't sure. The next time I went to the unit I had a hot pink string that hung to my waist. When Cube smart came next the lady was rude and she said she would meet me there at 4:00. I waited for 1 hour and called her. She informed me she was at another location and would not be running all over town and I had to come to her! Timothy at ExtraSpace provides very good service. He is always willing to help with any issues regarding the storage space. Always friendly when we go see the space. Very happy with my experience.
The place is really clean and looks nice. No people hanging around the facility so I feel my stuff is safe. Management is friendly and knows what they are doing. Timothy helped me as soon as I got there. I left with zero questions and even contact information if need be. 10/10 I do recommend this extra space
