Booking a storage space was a smooth, quick, and clear process. Stephen communicated everything very well and went the extra mile to ensure that we are well taken care of and know all the details that we need to know.
Flew in to help my son move out of his dorm - my flight was delayed and arrived to the storage facility at 6:05pm (store closes at 6pm) and I have to express deep gratitude towards the time Cael extended to me - he took his time to assist me with my questions and did not rush me out the door until my concerns were addressed. The staff are extremely helpful & nice…. The unit is very clean & so is the property. Would recommend renting here
Office is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays. During those times, I haven’t been able to access my unit because their gate is broken. My 3rd time calling & it seems like nobody can answer why do I pay a full’s month rent without having full access to my unit? This makes a week since I’ve talked to someone. First Lady was no help. 2nd lady was ok but then the 3rd (Natalie) seems like she hates her job. I’m requesting a refund.
