From the time you guys took over i have had nothing but a good experience with this facility. Dennis is by far one of the best workers you guys have . If I didn't had to move my items because of a permanent place I would still be there. The fees are reasonable also. I would recommend anyone if you need storage go to Extra Space storage at Kensington you wont be disappointed. Thanks Dennis may you always be bless.
Extra space storage has been great, we just moved from Utah and needed a storage unit close by. Prices were great for a 10X5 and were super willing to let us change units to one that had more light! Overall great first impression!
Very nice storage units that didn't get flooded in the 2024 and 2025 rains. Had lots of stuff in there. The service is friendly and they answer the phone quickly. Even got some help loading my motorcycle on the truck. Price was reasonable but had to call because they sent an increase notice almost doubling it. They fixed it back to actually $1 less than what it was before after I called.
This company and this location is amazing! I’ve been with them for a year now. It used to be owned by another company, but when the transition happened, they were transparent and helpful in an above and beyond fashion. Any time I’ve needed help they have been spot on and available. Any questions I’ve had, they have always gotten answered. I highly recommend using them for your storage needs
Dennis is so nice and friendly. He is very easy to work with! He has made our new storage experience here in Spartanburg SC smooth and seamless. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile to make everything easy, especially adding a 2nd unit so close to our 1st unit. We were so happy for that. Thank you !
