From the time you guys took over i have had nothing but a good experience with this facility. Dennis is by far one of the best workers you guys have . If I didn't had to move my items because of a permanent place I would still be there. The fees are reasonable also. I would recommend anyone if you need storage go to Extra Space storage at Kensington you wont be disappointed. Thanks Dennis may you always be bless.
Very nice storage units that didn't get flooded in the 2024 and 2025 rains. Had lots of stuff in there. The service is friendly and they answer the phone quickly. Even got some help loading my motorcycle on the truck. Price was reasonable but had to call because they sent an increase notice almost doubling it. They fixed it back to actually $1 less than what it was before after I called.
Extra space storage has been great, we just moved from Utah and needed a storage unit close by. Prices were great for a 10X5 and were super willing to let us change units to one that had more light! Overall great first impression!
I had the wrong size storage. The onsite manager helped me get the right one. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into something pleasant and even gave me a discount for the first month. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend
Dennis is amazing! Every time we stop by the storage facility, he’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. He’s professional but also super easy to talk to, you can tell he really cares about the people who rent here.
