If I could give 10 stars I would! Talk about someone who consistently goes above and beyond! Shan provides excellent service every time. At move in I caught her as she was about to go on her break and she made sure before she left that my questions were answered. Additionally on a different day, just before close, I arrived once again and she went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and corrected a misunderstanding that I'd initially received over the phone. Tiara was the absolute best in helping with the move-out process! From calling the day before and ensuring she would be here on move-out day! She was helpful with all the questions I asked, getting paperwork sent out via email to ensure a smooth and quick turnaround for me! She’s a wonderful addition to the team! Thank you!
This facility is very clean, organised and well run. The manager Shan is attentive and readily available for any queries. My only qualm with the company in general was the two price increases in the 9 months I was there. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience. I accessed my storage unit a few times a week and never had any issues. I would recommend this site.
