Came to extra storage because I was looking for somewhere to store my belongings, after a bad break up! I was in a rush, not in a very good mood and needed somewhere fast! Shan, I believe her name (store manager) took her time with me, helped me find the right one for my belongings and didn't get up set, because I was in a pissed off mood, and most likely snapped at her! So far l’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The representative at the Powder Springs location, Shan has been an absolute delight to work with and very helpful. I will continue to do business with Extra Space Storage as a result of friendly and courteous staff. I also love how clean and safe the facility is.

I’ve been looking for storage unit for my move and I decided to try out this location. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Especially the representative Shan , she answered all of my questions and made the experience so easy.

Great customer!! Shan made sure I received my gate code and explained how to get to my unit. Her over-the-phone service was professional and knowledgeable. This is my second time renting with Extra Space and the level of service is impressive.
