Shan was great and very accommodating. I had an inconvenience and needed additional space and she was able to help me determine which additional unit would be practical for me. I appreciate her being so friendly and helpful. Moving is stressful but she helped me stay sane. Thank you again!
Came to extra storage because I was looking for somewhere to store my belongings, after a bad break up! I was in a rush, not in a very good mood and needed somewhere fast! Shan, I believe her name (store manager) took her time with me, helped me find the right one for my belongings and didn't get up set, because I was in a pissed off mood, and most likely snapped at her! This is my first time having to put my things in storage and I’m so glad I chose Extra Space Storage. The store manager Shan was exceptional! There’s literally no words that can describe how grateful I am for having her assist me with the entire process. It’s been 4 months and she checks in every month and ensure everything is fine. Above and beyond is the bare minimum to say about what she does. Omg 10/10
