This is my first time having to put my things in storage and I’m so glad I chose Extra Space Storage. The store manager Shan was exceptional! There’s literally no words that can describe how grateful I am for having her assist me with the entire process. It’s been 4 months and she checks in every month and ensure everything is fine. Above and beyond is the bare minimum to say about what she does. Omg 10/10
So far l’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The representative at the Powder Springs location, Shan has been an absolute delight to work with and very helpful. I will continue to do business with Extra Space Storage as a result of friendly and courteous staff. I also love how clean and safe the facility is.
Great customer!! Shan made sure I received my gate code and explained how to get to my unit. Her over-the-phone service was professional and knowledgeable. This is my second time renting with Extra Space and the level of service is impressive.
Ms. Shan was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She took the time to show me several unit options before I made a decision, which I really appreciated. She was genuinely kind and made me feel like more than just a customer. As a young woman, I felt so safe knowing she cares not just about the storage unit and my items, but also about me. She even checks in to make sure I’m not coming at unsafe hours alone. The one in Marietta off of Powder Springs is thee best! Appreciate the manager, nice and friendly service, no hassles. Process is quick and efficient. Secured and quiet location and area in general. Cameras for security and on top for any pest control. It has outdoor and indoor units and various sizes for your storage needs!
