Came to extra storage because I was looking for somewhere to store my belongings, after a bad break up! I was in a rush, not in a very good mood and needed somewhere fast! Shan was great and very accommodating. I had an inconvenience and needed additional space and she was able to help me determine which additional unit would be practical for me. I appreciate her being so friendly and helpful. Moving is stressful but she helped me stay sane. Thank you again!

This is my first time having to put my things in storage and I’m so glad I chose Extra Space Storage. The store manager Shan was exceptional! There’s literally no words that can describe how grateful I am for having her assist me with the entire process. It’s been 4 months and she checks in every month and ensure everything is fine. Above and beyond is the bare minimum to say about what she does. Omg 10/10
