Although I was upset and disappointed with my storage fees doubling in less than 3 months. Lizzy took the time to review my file and explain things to me. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills were outstanding. I wish all my customers service needs could be met with such kindness and compassion.
Nicki, was awesome.! Very professional and courteous. She went above and beyond to ensure there was suitable space that assure me of her character as trustworthy and competent. Very easy to set up the account, auto payments, and access to the storage facility via code or app. The folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. If we ever need storage again we would definitely consider this one.
This place is beyond unprofessional and completely misleading. The auction listing clearly stated the facility was open every day, but once I won a unit, I was suddenly told they would be closed for the next two days. I asked Nikki (the manager) if she could cancel it, and she said she would take care of it the next day. When I followed up, I spoke with Reshma, who said the unit was canceled—but the bidding site confirmed nothing had been done. This place is a rip off. My storage fee has went up 2x since extra storage took over . I'm definitely looking for some else. Update I finally moved my stuff out of this hell hole. I was told to pay September storage in full then they will reimburse me the difference when I move out. Now its October and no refund. I was told they do not give refunds and I should pro raided the money myself. Please Do Not rent from this place. I was here 3 yrs it has been horrible experience!
