Although I was upset and disappointed with my storage fees doubling in less than 3 months. Lizzy took the time to review my file and explain things to me. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills were outstanding. I wish all my customers service needs could be met with such kindness and compassion.

Very easy to set up the account, auto payments, and access to the storage facility via code or app. The folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. If we ever need storage again we would definitely consider this one.
This place is beyond unprofessional and completely misleading. The auction listing clearly stated the facility was open every day, but once I won a unit, I was suddenly told they would be closed for the next two days. I asked Nikki (the manager) if she could cancel it, and she said she would take care of it the next day. When I followed up, I spoke with Reshma, who said the unit was canceled—but the bidding site confirmed nothing had been done. Extra Space purchased the Storage Place that I had been using. The transfer went very smoothly. The transfer also provided a verity of new features to access my unit, pay my rent, and much more. I am now cleaning out my Storage Unit as it is time to move. I am very pleased with my experience with Extra Space.
