Although I was upset and disappointed with my storage fees doubling in less than 3 months. Lizzy took the time to review my file and explain things to me. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills were outstanding. I wish all my customers service needs could be met with such kindness and compassion.

Great pricing and easy going! While looking for a unit I was greeted by Angelica who was very service orientated and was very helpful when assisting me find a unit that fit my needs, she broke down the different payment plans they had and answered all my questions with a smile!

Very easy to set up the account, auto payments, and access to the storage facility via code or app. The folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. If we ever need storage again we would definitely consider this one.

Reshma and Nicki are both amazing! Great customer service and all around great workers! I had a very pleasant experience here and they offer great pricing! Come get a space rented before they are gone!
