You know, it's true that customer service these days isn't what it used to be. With so much demand for storage space, it seems like kindness and helpfulness often take a backseat. I’ve been renting this unit for over a year now. I’ve had no issues until 2 weeks ago when the battery when dead to my unit. There was a lot of back and forth where I was told it was fixed, it wasn’t, I’d go to the unit, and I still couldn’t get in. Baylee finally was able to resolve the issue for me today (on a Saturday). I spoke to many people, but she was the only one that was able to get it fully resolved. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Baylee!

The customer service young man was absolutely the most kindest patient easy to understand because he was very knowledgeable about the digital entry system. He should be rewarded as there are simply not enough Cust. Serv. Like him!

Damp, hard to get in and out of. Gate is broken just about every time I come. Cameras don’t look like they even work. No one works in the office. Came in from denver to get some things. Lock wouldn’t work. Cost me money because I rented a U-Haul now I have to stay and keep the truck an extra day.
